Everything about Yes Standard
Everything about Yes Standard
The Yes Standard features a Directional Volume Twin shape with a wide platform underfoot where you need it, and now Slamback inserts for those unexpected pow days.

Because the boundaries between freeride and freestyle are becoming increasingly blurred, Yes has responded to the needs of riders who exclusively ride twins but are increasingly finding themselves in the powder.

By combining camber and rocker, the board is both responsive and buoyant.
Discover the Yes Standard
Imagine this: the ultimate snowboard that sets the standard for all-mountain versatility. That's exactly what the Yes Standard promises and delivers. This board is designed to meet the needs of intermediate to advanced riders who are looking for a single board that excels in all conditions. Whether you're dreaming of groomed pistes or craving deep powder fields, the Yes Standard is ready to help you shine.
Directional Volume Twin
What makes the Yes Standard so special? It all starts with the unique Directional Volume Twin Outline design. This innovative approach offers the best of both worlds: the balance and symmetry of a twin board and the float of a directional board. This means you can enjoy the versatility of a twin board while effortlessly gliding through untouched powder like a pro.
Slamback inserts
To further enhance the float, the Yes Standard is equipped with Slambacks. These are inserts that are placed lower on the board, allowing you to dive even deeper into the powder without any effort. The result is a smooth and responsive ride that gives you confidence in all conditions.
The hybrid design of the Yes Standard is a masterpiece in itself. With a mild camber between the feet and rocker in the tip and tail, this board offers the perfect balance of control and float. The camber keeps the contact points on the ground, allowing you to maintain control during your turns. When you apply pressure to the camber, the contact points rise, effortlessly creating float in the powder.
The shape of the Yes Standard is specially designed for the snowboarder who enjoys riding a twin board but also appreciates the pleasures of deep powder. Less volume in the tail of the board results in a twin board with impressive float, allowing you to cruise through deep snow effortlessly.
And let's not forget the extra set of inserts, allowing you to move the bindings further back on those epic powder days. With the Yes Standard, you're ready for any challenge the mountain throws at you. So what are you waiting for? Embark on an adventure with the Yes Standard and discover the true meaning of all-mountain versatility.

A real sintered base is harder and more expensive than extruded and it can be faster for those who ride aggressively. But to do that, it needs to be well waxed and prepared.
This provides a lighter, more responsive core than the Full Poplar. The Poplar + Bamboo uses the same durable core, making it lighter by replacing 30% of the Poplar with Paulownia and then adding two bamboo stringers along the entire length for extra pop and response.
In triax fiberglass, the fiberglass layers are arranged in three different directions: longitudinal, lateral, and diagonal. This directed placement of the fiberglass layers provides a balanced combination of torsional stiffness, longitudinal flexibility, and responsiveness in the snowboard.
The MidBite pulls the outline of the snowboard 1.5 mm inward, just inside the insert pack. This step is maintained (instead of going back out like with the Basic) until about 1/3 of the length of the sidecut, just inside the next insert pack. This single, long disruption of the sidecut between the bindings narrows the waist width, resulting in faster edge-to-edge response. At the same time, we maintain a board width from your binding to the end of the sidecut that provides a stable platform for jumps, spins, and landings.
The responsiveness of camber with the buoyancy of rocker. By combining camber and rocker, you can make the board both responsive and buoyant.
A snowboard with a symmetrical outline and flex, but with a slightly shifted setback binding position.
