A true sintered base is harder and more expensive than extruded, and it can be faster for those who drive aggressively. But to be able to do that, it needs to be well waxed and prepared.
By creating a lighter, more responsive core than the Full Poplar. The Poplar + Bamboo core uses the same durable core but makes it lighter by replacing 30% of the Poplar with Paulownia and then inserting two bamboo stringers along the entire length for added pop and responsiveness.
Maximum pop and stability
The design shifts a single section of each side inward between the insert packs. This long notch on the side between the bindings results in a narrower waist width, which allows for quicker edge-to-edge response. Meanwhile, we maintain a wider board width from your bindings to the end of the side, which provides better float in powder snow and a stable platform for popping, turning, and landing on any type of snow.
