The TSG Tweak helmet is designed to perform on all parts of the mountain and in all conditions. This helmet combines a very lightweight in-mold construction with our dial-fit system and adjustable ventilation, resulting in highly customizable comfort in various situations on the slopes. Whether you are carving on the piste, stunting in the park, or tearing through the backcountry, the Tweak helmet is your versatile companion.
With In-Mold Construction, the shock-absorbing EPS liner is directly connected to the polycarbonate shells, creating a lightweight and strong structure. The PC shell is initially drawn over the helmet mold, and then the shell shape and holes are machined out. This PC shell is placed in the helmet mold, the anchors for straps and attachment systems are installed, the mold is closed, and the EPS is injected. This fuses the polycarbonate shell with the EPS, resulting in a super lightweight yet extremely stable helmet.
The Dial-Fit System makes it easy to set a customized fit in seconds. With an adjustment dial at the back of the helmet, you can adjust the size and increase stability for helmets that are not equipped with our Snug Fit system. Some of our mountain bike enduro/trail helmets also feature a height-adjustable Dial Fit system.
The TSG Low Fit design ensures that the helmet sits low and fully protects the entire back of the head and sides without restricting the field of vision or hindering movement. This design provides maximum protection without compromising comfort or functionality.

With the Tuned Fit system, a rider can adjust their own fit using pads of different thicknesses inside the helmet. TSG helmets always come with two sizes of pads. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to determine the right pads to fit the helmet on the head. It is very important to adjust the helmet with these included pads. If necessary, for example, the slightly thicker pads can be mounted at the back of the head, and the pad for the front of the head can be thinner, or vice versa.
