The hard-shell helmets from TSG are made from durable materials such as ABS or PP plastic. This outer shell is bonded to the EPS core, resulting in a two-piece construction that offers optimal durability and ultimate protection against high impacts.
The Tuned Fit System allows riders to customize their fit with various thickness pads on the inside of the helmet. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to choose the right pads for an optimal fit. Adjusting the helmet with these included pads is essential for comfort and safety.
With the TSG Snug Fit, the helmet is designed according to a basic anatomical shape, allowing the helmet to follow the natural curves of the human head. This creates a contact ring inside the helmet, where the head touches the helmet all over. The Snug Fit not only provides a better fit but also ensures that the helmet appears less bulky.
