Our Tuned Fit System allows riders to customize their fit with varying thicknesses of the included pads. Each size comes in a different color, making it easy to choose the right pads and adjust the helmet to the shape of the head. It is crucial to adjust the helmet with these pads for optimal comfort and safety. For example, the slightly thicker pads can be installed at the back of the head while the front pads can be thinner, or vice versa.
TSG helmets are designed with anatomy in mind, featuring a base shape that closely follows the exact curves of the human head. This results in the TSG Snug Fit, where the helmet wraps around the head. This makes the helmet appear less bulky while providing a better fit. The sides and back of the helmet have more curvature and clearly taper inward, unlike other helmets that go straight down. The result is a contact ring inside the helmet, where the head touches the helmet all around.
In addition to a better fit, helmets with Snug Fit look less bulky. To lift the TSG helmet off the head, more force is required than with competing models, which is essential to ensure that the helmet does not shift during use and especially remains in the correct position even during a fall.
