Everything about the Nidecker Beta APX
Everything about the Nidecker Beta APX
With a shape that borrows its curves from mother nature, the Beta brings effortless float and natural glide to the deepest days. This APX version has even more power and precision than the "normal" Gamma.
The Gamma is the latest product of the engineers at Nidecker's obsession with studying the natural world in search of new ways to improve snowboarding, and with this completely uniquely designed board, they have once again surpassed themselves.
Although the Nidecker Gamma is a true twin from nose to tail, the heel and toe edges are shaped differently. This creates the unevenness in precision that you experience when turning on each side. The sidecut on the heel side of the Gamma is noticeably tighter than that on the toe side.
Discover the Nidecker Gamma APX
The Nidecker Gamma APX is the pinnacle of freestyle snowboard innovation and embodies the perfect combination of versatility and performance for snowboarders who want to push their limits. With its asymmetrical true twin shape, the Gamma is designed to give you ultimate freedom in the park and on the mountain.
What makes the Gamma APX version so unique?
The APX version features a faster, harder N-9000 base and dual carbon stringers on either side of the core for more pop and responsiveness, but what really sets it apart is the Nidactive APX edge technology.
This places the core directly over the edge, which not only looks like nothing else but also increases the power you can exert from your bindings, making for a nimble, adaptive, and challenging ride experience.
This snowboard is specially designed as a versatile freestyle machine. The asymmetrical true twin shape combines a twin shape with an asymmetrical sidecut. This creates the imbalance in precision you experience when turning on either side. The sidecut on the heel side of the Gamma is noticeably tighter than that on the toe side.
The freestyle snowboard from Nidecker is not only built for performance but also for durability and comfort. The Absorbnid topsheet provides cushioning and vibration absorption, allowing you to land comfortably after big jumps and ride stably on bumpy slopes.
In essence, the Nidecker Gamma is the embodiment of snowboard fun and adventure. It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned freestyle expert or just starting your snowboarding journey; this board is there to support you every step of the way. Get ready to experiment, explore, and grow as a snowboarder with the Nidecker Gamma.

Produced with carbon nanoparticles, the N 9000 has a very dense molecular structure, making it Nidecker's fastest, most durable base material.
This lightweight core with three different types of wood is a perfect combination of paulownia for lightness, poplar for pop and responsiveness, and hardwood beech along the edges to reinforce the core.
Biax plus retains the properties of the tried and tested 90-degree biaxial fiberglass fabric, but Nidecker uses more glass to improve power transmission. It is uncompromising in its response and energy return.
Absorbnid is an innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations. This allows us to develop responsive, dynamic boards that still provide you with a smooth ride without fatigue.
Increase buoyancy and maintain carve performance for a ride on the back foot.
A directional shape provides improved performance and stability when riding in one direction, especially in freeriding and on powder snow.
