The Altai is built around an asymmetrical upper that seamlessly fits Nidecker and Flow binding straps, eliminating pressure points and guaranteeing a perfect fit. The Dual Dial BOA® Fit System features textile-coated laces and dual dials, allowing you to adjust the upper and lower parts of the boot separately for ultimate control and comfort.
Under the boot, our lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole provides impressive cushioning and traction, with a rubber toe for extra grip when walking over ice and rocks. We have optimized the connection between the outsole and the boot using a molded section that we call the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent getting stuck in the heel cup of your binding.
Inside the Altai is a new heat-moldable Silver liner, allowing you to customize the fit as desired, but it also feels comfortable right out of the box. The Altai is a boot with medium stiffness and offers ample lateral support, making it ideal for digging deep tracks on the slopes or gliding through trees with precision. Ready for anything. Designed to withstand. From the park to the podium, H4 withstands the impact of the most demanding snowboarders. The Coiler automatically takes up the slack in the laces, increases the speed of entry into the boot, and offers a precise fit that allows for micro-adjustments.
An extra layer of high-density EVA supports the deep heel cup and the anatomical arch, while more comfortable EVA provides flexibility to the forefoot. A silicone top print provides traction to the fleece-lined footbed.
This liner has been completely redesigned and has no pressure points; the closure happens via the cuff that is attached to the inside of the shell. This also makes the liner easy to put on and take off.
