This glove combines a water-repellent and durable shell with a GORE-TEX insert featuring Gore Warm technology, ensuring optimal warmth and waterproofing. With a removable Storm Liner glove that is also touchscreen-compatible, this glove provides a frost-free way to stay in touch with your crew and makes the drying process easier after a long day on the mountain. The Rubbertec palm guarantees robust durability and a confident grip, while the external waterproof zip pocket is ideal for securely storing a locker key and cash, and also serves as a pocket for a heat pack when the thermometer drops.
The GORE-TEX insert with Gore Warm technology, composed of 38% nylon and 62% ePTFE, offers a waterproof and breathable barrier, keeping your hands comfortable regardless of the weather conditions. The insulation, made from Hi Loft material (50% recycled polyester, 50% polyester), provides an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and offers the necessary protection against the cold.
The shell of the glove, made from 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester blend with PFC-free DWR, delivers durability and protection against the elements. The lining of 150g Tricot (100% polyester) adds comfort, while the one-hand cinch gauntlet closure allows for easy adjustment and sealing against snow and wind.
The glove features handy functions, including an external waterproof zip pocket that also serves as a heat pack pocket, a nose wipe thumb panel, and a removable wrist leash for added safety.
The removable Storm Liner glove is touchscreen-compatible and provides an extra layer of warmth and functionality. With 280g 4-way stretch fleece (100% polyester), this liner keeps your hands warm and allows you to easily operate your touchscreen devices.
For the maintenance of Dakine non-leather gloves, they can be easily machine washed. Gently press out excess water before hanging them up to dry. It is not recommended to turn the gloves inside out during cleaning. Preferably, let the gloves dry at room temperature, avoiding the use of a heater or dryer as this may damage the materials.
